His Karaoke Creation: Cabin Tunes Karaoke Bart Tooker outfitted a log cabin on wheels into a rolling karaoke cabin. The karaoke cabin is used for indoor and outdoor karaoke events and come equipped with state of the art digital audio equipment and a healthy songlist. Originally a hunting and fishing cabin, the karaoke cabin is made of landscape timbers atop a steel flatbed trailer. It is now the main conversation piece and performing stage for people at weddings, parties and corporate events throughout Minnesota.
Tooker, who calls himself “Skeeter T” tells the local paper he is actually an introvert, but he admits that he very adept at getting people to warm up an sing karaoke. Skeeter T himself has been around too; he claims to have graced karaoke stages in New York, Wisconsin, Vegas, Florida, North Carolina, and California. A true karaoketraveler if we’ve ever seen one. His Inspiration The road to Tooker’s cabin tunes karaoke epiphany was not a straight one. After leaving the commercial banking business after 25 years, Tooker dabbled in non-profits then became a semi-truck driver because he loved to be on the move. It turns out that his time on the road turned him into a karaoke addict as he had so much time alone in his rig to sing. With a karaoke machine in his semi, and a regular at karaoke nights, he decided to start his own karaoke business. Tooker stumbled on the cabin by chance while out looking for an RV.
