The General’s lucidity is increasingly being called into question as he has made dozens of appearances over the past several weeks and does not appear to be completely focused upon or aware of his surroundings.

To compound things, it has been reported that a recording of the General’s song has been recorded in the studio and released to radio stations by his former manager Jason Mills, but apparently without the Platt’s permission. The manager insists that it is only for promotional purposes and not for profit.

In the middle of what sounds like the beginnings of a protracted legal drama, General Platt is mostly oblivious to the fact that he is at the center of the proverbial dartboard, with everyone aiming squarely at him. At least one music duo is claiming that Platt actually stole the song from them. Their YouTube video is posted below for you to decide. The General isn’t mad though, he has faith in his lawyers and besides, (according to Platt)Brett Favre gave him some money after that locker room “Pants” chant.
